Head of Community

Overview

Do you love actively engaging on personal finance topics? Willing to happily regale an airplane seatmate on the best new app on your phone? We're looking for a Head of Community to help us build a robust and lively FinTech community from the ground up. In addition to designing and implementing our community-driven marketing strategy, you will connect directly with our users to help us build a product that is uniquely responsive to the community it serves.

Experience

3-5 years of experience supporting a community through social media, forums, and email. The ideal candidate has supported a financial community or a strong technology community with a fervent base of evangelists. Comfort with existing community channels, as well as a natural curiosity about exploring new channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and operate company social media accounts to promote new features, engage with the community, and ensure that problems and requests are prioritized and communicated to the engineering team.
  2. Drive community marketing events designed to engage new customers on the platform and support evangelists and power users.
  3. Work with our product and engineering team to facilitate our user-testing and focus group initiatives for evaluating new product and marketing strategies.
  4. Work directly with our content and customer service teams to create an ever-improving knowledge library.
